We run four main sessions here that work on our four pillars –

In our Well EMPOWER sessions, it is part of our empowered lifestyle program, where focus on personalised empowerment in small groups to give you more of that personal touch. Break down barriers, meet individual fitness levels, and build strength, balance, and overall fitness for a stronger, fitter, and more balanced lifestyle.

In our WELL REPLENISH sessions, we’re all about changing the pace, and recovering and slowing down to allow us to keep moving forward.

Welcome to REPLENISH, where the focus is on slowing down, rejuvenating, and healing the body and mind. Discover a stress release space for both body and mind.

Cultivate an environment that encourages letting go, enabling you to move with more freedom and ease through both body and mind. It’s a class designed for replenishing and revitalising your overall well-being.

WELL ENDURE

In our WELL ENDURE sessions, we’re all about building fitness, both physically and mentally.

Immerse yourself in a high-energy session designed to raise your heart rate and enhance overall fitness. Experience the perfect blend of boxing-inspired workouts and high-intensity exercises in a fun, friendly, and lively environment.

It’s a session filled with good craic, where you’ll not only endure but thrive as you build strength, stamina, and enjoy the journey to a fitter you.
